Can I return my order
Of course you can! We even have a 180 day return policy!
Visit our RETURNS CENTER to apply for a return.
Returns need to be reported within 180 days after you made the purchase. After you have informed us about your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your purchased item arrived damaged please contact us directly to handle the matter for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, should the customer not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. In the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, the customer will be notified and issued an automatic refund. Return shipping costs and all charges for customs clearance must be covered by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank/credit card account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will sort this out for you.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns unless there is a problem with the item you purchased.
You can ship your item back to us within 180 days using a shipping service of your choice to the following address:

How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the location your order is shipped to. We operate from Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
- For domestic (NL) orders shipping times take between 1-3 business days
- For orders within the EU shipping times range between 3 -5 business days
- For international orders outside the EU shipping times can range between 3-7 business days depending on whether you selected Standard or Express shipping
My order is stuck at customs
Unfortunately once the package has left our warehouse we have very little control over the shipping process. If there are any issues, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to assist as best we can!
Do you have a store where I can try them on?
Yes we do! We have a physical location where you can try on our full collection on Prinsengracht 276 in Amsterdam.
What types of glasses do you offer?
At the moment we exclusively offer sunglasses. However we are working on introducing blue-light glasses and reading glasses in the near future so stay tuned!
