How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email with shipping details. This will include a tracking number, which you can use on the website of our courier partner to check the estimated delivery day and the status of your order. Almost all our products fit through the mailbox. For domestic orders you do not need to be home for delivery. This may differ for international orders.
What countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. We can ship to all corners of the globe
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on all domestic orders over €30 and on all international orders over
€60. For domestic orders below €30 the shipping fee is €3 and for international orders the shipping fee is €20.
I just placed my order. Can I still change my order?
If you just placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange it for you. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change it.
I didn't receive an email to plant my tree.
First check your spam inbox, it might have ended up there. Also check all your other inboxes. If you still can't find it, please contact us (support@essential-glasses.com) so we can assist you.
Als jullie uit Amsterdam komen, waarom is alles in het Engels? / If you are an Amsterdam based company, why is everything in English?
De reden hiervoor is omdat wij graag willen dat zo veel mogelijk mensen zich welkom voelen op onze website, niet alleen binnen Nederland maar ook internationaal. Ons plan is om langzaam maar zeker uit te groeien tot een internationaal bedrijf, dus daarom hadden wij besloten alles van begin af aan in het Engels te doen. / The reason for this is because we want to welcome as many people on our website as possible, not just within The Netherlands but also internationally. We plan on slowly expanding our company internationally which is why we made the decision to do everything in English from the very beginning.
