Can I return my order
Yes, you have 180 days to return your order.
We believe you should be able to try your sunglasses in your own environment and take your time deciding. If they’re not the right fit, you can send them back within this period.
Visit our RETURNS CENTER to apply for a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is handled by the customer.
That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll always make it right — just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
Can I exchange my sunglasses?
Yes, if your sunglasses don’t feel quite right, you can exchange them for a different model or color. We’ll guide you through a simple process to make it as smooth as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it for you.
What if my package is lost?
If your package doesn’t arrive, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
